    We made super homemade ricotta today using this kit from Williams-Sonoma. It was incredibly fresh, delicious and wholesome. Congrats on your success!

    Get em while they’re hot! I LOVED your blog by the way. I plan to visit it often. Also, not sure if you’re familiar with it, but queso Oaxaca is very similar to the mozzarella you can make with my kits. 😉 Just stretch it a little extra and make it into a knot!
